Sparkling Healthcare is a healthcare recruitment agency and also a provider of Supported Living services to individuals between the ages of 16 and 65 who have a moderate to severe Learning Disability with complex challenging needs and/or a Mental Health diagnosis.
Adopting the principles of Positive Behaviour Support we use a person centred approach to design and implement short and long term intervention and support strategies to minimise and manage challenging behaviours. Our aim is to always support a journey towards independence.

Whilst we offer a permanent home for Adults and Children from the age of 16, we endeavour to work together as a team to maximise potential. Whenever possible we enable Service Users who have the desire and ability, to move onto further independence.
